Twice per year, 146 has a new entry of cadets go through an 18 week First Class Training Course. At the end of the course they have a formal passout parade, where they are welcomed into the Sqn as mainstream cadets.

This is an official ceremony, where the new cadets are joined by older "mainstream" cadets, staff, parents and local dignitaries.

The parade consists of an inspection of the cadets, presentation of awards, including First Class badges for all of the cadets and finally, a march back through Northwich to Sqn HQ, led by the Sqn band.

This video shows a continuity drill sequence the new cadets had rehearsed over the past few weeks, done to Billy Jean!
