In August 2013, the City of Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa City Schools Board of Education approved a $125,000 contract with Restorative Resources to fund a pilot program for restorative justice suspension diversion at Elsie Allen High School and Cook Middle School. Here's how it's going so far. The goal is to expand to program to include every school in Sonoma County.
