Brodsky is a partner at GOODELL, DEVRIES, LEECH & DANN. He practices law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, developing a concentration in defending healthcare providers in birth trauma/cerebral palsy litigation.

Brodsky is a charter member of the Association of Liability Lawyers in Medical Defense (ALL MD), a nationwide organization that connects healthcare providers with attorneys who specialize in medical malpractice defense.
