The Internal Displaced Person (IDP) center of Konstantinovka is manage by a locals with the help of the city of Konstantivoska. Originally this center is made for homeless people. It was under reconstruction but because of emergency, local authorities decided to make it available for IDP even if renovations are not finished at all. 8 families are living in this center, some with children. They share the small kitchen and the old bathroom.
