This is "You And Me" by Roger Emerson. A choral piece. Mainly recorded for parents who sang this together in high school as a duet. Midi does percussion and voice parts. Me doing the accompaniment part.
BY THE WAY HOLIDAY PIECES WILL BE APPEARING SOON FOR 2011. Then finally my classical studies! (Hopefully the fragments.)
Words: You and me. We never speak. I broke your heart, you stole my pride, nothings left but hurt inside. Take a minute, talk it out, think of all the time we're wasting. Never giving, always proud, take a minute to turn our hearts around. You and me life long friends. I wait for you, you wait for me, locked up hearts can never see.Take a minute, talk it out, look at all the time we're wasting. Never giving, always proud, take a minute to turn our hearts around. (Why can't we grow?) (Give up the past?) (Give up the past?) Build a life long trust to last. Forever. You and me.
