1:22 Paying attention is so, so important in what I do but since the topic today has so much more to do than with dollars and cents. It has to do with creative output, it has to do with management and engagement, and most importantly in winning and retaining great talent within your companies.

2:11 Just last week a new study revealed that we're more sedentary in the modern workplace, big surprise, and it's not just sitting at the desks, we're IMing people next to us. I know you do it, we all do. And as Sheila noted there are many executives here today that are leading change in their organizations but are dealing of course with a workforce that has a trouble focusing and paying attention because of all the distracting we have online.
