MEQUON- DeAngelo Dantzler and Brent Anderson remain free and out of jail. The judge ordered them to sign $5,000 signature bond and placed restrictions who they can be around outside of walls of Homestead High School.

TODAY'S TMJ4 reports DeAngelo Dantzler walked into the Ozaukee County Courthouse with his parents by his side on Tuesday.

He's one of two Homestead High seniors charged with sexual assault of child under 16.

His co-defendant Brent Anderson entered the courtroom escorted by his attorney with his family following. The two 18-year-olds are accused of having sex with a 14-year-old female student inside the school.

They contend the sex last month was consenual, but the 14-year-old told her father it was forced.

The state of Wisconsin wanted them to pay bail and avoid contact with anyone under 16.

The attorneys argued the seniors are good students and deserved to continue their education.

The judge agreed with Anderson's and Dantzler's attorneys and ordered them to avoid all contact with the victim, including text messages and Facebook.

They are also ordered to have no contact with anyone under 16 outside Homestead High School.

They left the courtroom walking quickly by TODAY'S TMJ4's cameras and saying nothing more. Their attorneys declined to elaborate too on charges.
