Random box depalletizing with MotoSight 3D Spatial Vision and the high-performance MH50 6-axis robot. Now companies can automate depalletizing boxes that are randomly positioned on a pallet.
Used in box moving applications, MotoSight 3D Spatial Vision moves boxes ranging in size from 6 to 24 inches placed at random locations at a rate up to 12 boxes per minute. The system uses Logitech 9000 webcams and a Microsoft® Kinect sensor. GigE cameras and improved optics can be used when higher accuracy is required. MotoSight 3D Spatial Vision is powered by Universal Robotics' Spatial Vision™ Robotics software.
