Drone Footage looking over the Avon Loop residential red zone in Christchurch CBD. Before the earthquakes this used to be a beautiful neighbourhood and now nature is taking over the area and it is looking beautiful again in its own right. We fly over areas along Oxford Terrace and look at the yet to be demolished Holiday Inn Hotel which is the only substantial building left in the area.
