Jesus is the Head of the body of Christ. Does the body of Christ not serve the God of the Head of the body? Why then do you recognize a God that is not his God?
The Shema command says, "Hear O ISRAEL, the Lord OUR God the Lord is one." Jesus was required to observe the Shema in the same manner as every other Israelite and recognize the same God as every other Israelite. The only true God of Jesus of Nazareth was one person not three. Jesus was not a Trinitarian; he did not know a three-person-God. The Israelite Jesus was a unitarian. Do you have a different God than Jesus? Does Jesus have a different God than you?
