So I'm doing some bbq competitions this year since my bbq hobby is growing. I am practicing some new techniques and mostly practicing for how the meat will be presented to the judges. I'm going to removing the money muscle and do some chunks and pulled.
This is my first attempt at removing the money muscle and it went quite well.
I've honing my bbq skills and have gotten to what I think is some pretty good Q. I'm sure I will learn a ton more once I compete and get to talk to all the other teams.
