1 - Bicep Curls and Squat Combo (Variation 1)

2 - Double Tricep Kickback - (with PROPER form)

3 - Bicep Curls and Squat Combo (Variation 2)

4 - Tricep Overhead Extension with medicine ball, dumbbell (or AtlasBag)

Go through this mini arm workout once. If that was too easy try it a second and third time. Pay attention to form and tempo. Adjust your repetitions and sets accordingly.
