Movie for the Architectural Biennial Beijing of 2006 A pedestrian movement simulation using an Artificial Intelligence Algorithm is used to evaluate the network of streets and passages in Budapest. Research on pedestrian behaviour provides data about basic rules that people follow when moving through space. These rules are different for people who know the place (locals) and people who explore it (tourists). Guided by their basic artificial intelligence, the characters explore the site and find their targets. The paths that they choose with their movement are recorded and evaluated according to how intensely they are chosen. After the simulations are performed the result intensity of movement is categorized from 0 to 2 [where 0 means little or no movement].
