A light-hearted look at one of the most important issues affecting Americans today, "From Farm to Table" will open your eyes to the food that's growing all around you.
"From Farm to Table" is a short documentary on local food made by four undergrads at Tufts University. The film explores what we eat and why we should pay attention to what we put in our bodies. The New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, a Tufts initiative to teach immigrants and non-farmers sustainable farming practices is featured in the film, along with interviews with experts, farmers, and consumers.
