We spent 4 days testing our blood glucose and ketones to determine if non-calorie sweeteners would break our intermittent fast. Here are the results!

We tested…
*Stevia
*Sweet-N-Low
*Equal
*Splenda

We hypothesized that if we stir a non-calorie sweetener into our morning coffee, it will not affect our blood glucose or ketones…The results were surprising!
