Hey guys,

Just wanted to do a little quick example on what I do to get my "cardio" for the day. I usually do the "Insanity" workouts for my cardio & so I posted some (not all) of the exercises from an Insanity workout (This was Plyo/Cardio)

Insanity workouts are CRRRRRAZY INSANE! haha, it's a 40-45 minute circuit that will have you dripping in sweat in no time.

For most of these workouts, you do each exercise for a minute/minute and a half each...in 3 sets, each time getting faster and faster to bump up that heart rate.

I usually pair this up w/ lifting weights, push-ups and abs (when I feel like it), but this workout alone is great!

I left out the stretching and the last part. But I totally recommend that you purchase this workout. If you're too lazy to go to the gym and have some space in your house, this is a GREAT workout.
