The price of gas has skyrocketed in the State of Ohio. An average gallon of gas costs $3.71. Yet, in 2011, the top five oil companies made a record $137 billion in profits. In response to the crisis facing Ohio consumers, Kucinich announced a five-step plan to provide immediate relief at the pump and keep prices down.
