hope this will motivate someone out there because it surely has motivated me. my 2 weight loss tips that i live by: 1.) drink tons of water! no koolaid, diet sodas, or fruit juice. stay away from the sugar liquids and drink plan water 2.) burn more calories than you take in. For example. if you eat 1500 calories burn 1501 calories or more in exercise. I know that it seems like alot but this is one of the main reasons why I'm losing weight. You can split it up. do an hour exercise before work and an hour after. you dont have to workout this long. find what works for you.
