The Music of the Plants has been a subject of study in Damanhur since 1976 when researchers began creating equipment capable of capturing the changes in potential between the surface of leaves and the root systems and turning them into sounds. The desire for deep contact with natures inspired "Plant Concerts", where musicians perform to the accompaniment of melodies created by trees. Here you hear white and red roses performing together.

Music of the Plants the CD is available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/damanhur and via iTunes, Rhapsody, Spotify and other digital music stores. Enjoy!

Founded in 1975, Damanhur is a collective dream transformed into reality thanks to the creative power of positive thought, a federation of spiritual and artistic communities (approximately 600 people) nestled in the hills of Northern Italy that promotes a culture of peace and holistic sustainability through solidarity, respect for the environment, arts and education. http://www.damanhur.org
