A new, low-profile rotary gear shift dial has been specifically designed to take up less room in the 2017 Ford Fusion, which opens up space for more convenient access to cup-holders and a USB port — right where you need them.
The rigorously designed and tested shifter uses special software called “Return to Park”, designed to assist drivers and reduce potential vehicle rollaways.*
*This feature is not intended to replace the driver’s need to place the vehicle in park. See owner’s manual for system limitations.
