Larry King interviews Jesse Ventura. Ventura discusses the two conditions he would require before running for president of the United States in 2016 election. Like Ross Perot in 1992, Ventura says he would first need a nationwide grassroots movement to support his platform. His second condition is access to the presidential debates as an Independent third ticket.

Jesse Ventura is an American politician, actor, author, veteran, former professional wrestler, and 38th Governor of Minnesota. He served during Vietnam War as Navy Underwater Demolition Team member. As professional wrestler, he used stage name Jesse "The Body" Ventura and performed with World Wrestling Federation. Ventura appeared in movies including science fiction film "Predator" with Arnold Schwarzenegger. As politician, Ventura was Mayor of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He was Reform Party candidate in 1998 Minnesota gubernatorial election with grassroots centered campaign. He won and served as Independent Party member, but declined second term. Ventura later became visiting fellow at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has hosted many TV shows and written several political books.
