BONUS COVERAGE: The Premier Soccer Santa Clarita Valley Rooks were minutes away from recording their first draw in franchise history when Stephanie Lowery scored for the visiting So Cal Rush. Her goal in the 87th minute gave her team a 2-1 win over the Rooks, playing their first season in the Women's Premier Soccer League. Lowery, who plays for Columbus State University in Georgia, scored both goals for the Rush. Her first goal in the first half gave her team a 1-0 lead.
