Pad See Yew Gai is a Thai dish of stir fried rice noodles with vegetables and chicken. I learned how to make this delicious authentic Thai dish in Thailand while on my honeymoon. Thank you Chef Tui for the delicious recipe and fun cooking class!
3 tablespoons oil
4 minced garlic
3-4 beaten eggs
1 packet of thick flat rice noodles: http://amzn.to/A8idvm
½ can of baby corn
4 cups chopped Chinese broccoli or Chinese kale
2 cups sliced carrots
1 tablespoon black soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon of white soy sauce, aka thin soy sauce: http://amzn.to/ADGnJW
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon oyster sauce: http://amzn.to/yaOPfu
Cracked pepper: http://amzn.to/yTphar
Pinch of salt
3-4 sliced chicken breasts
Optional garnish: lime slices and Sriracha hot sauce
Place oil on wok and let the oil heat up on medium heat.
Place garlic once oil has heated up and lightly brown the garlic.
Add the chicken and stir.
Add eggs then the noddles, vegetables and sauces.
Stir and cook on medium heat.
Serve and enjoy with squeezed lime.
