Aerial footage of flooding in Dyersburg and Dyer County, Tenn., on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Southtown, portions of Evansville and Cotton Villa and outlying areas were affected by the floodwaters from the Forked Deer River. The National Weather Service is predicting this will be the worst flooding the area has seen since the 1937 flood. Special thanks to Chuck Moore for use of his plane. Video by Jason Cannon.
