Project: FreeRunner (final title TBA) is a Sonic the Hedgehog fan game practically a semi-official continuation of the Blitz Sonic project left off by Damizean & Mark the Echidna almost a year and a half ago; now currently lead by Azukara (that would be me). The game is to feature Genesis-styled physics and momentum based gameplay, with branching and open stages that are built for speed and born for danger. In other words, a translation of classic Sonic gameplay into the realm of the third dimension.
This is a video showing off a rolling code that has been implemented by programmer 11Supersonic11 for the game. The code is still a WIP, but is more than halfway complete. For more information about how it works, watch the video.
The music is made by Ritz190 aka Veltra, and it is called "Can You Keep Up?". It is the destined menu music for this game, noting it's similar style to the S3K save select screen.
There are no downloads yet (and there probably won't be for a long while). The reason why this video may not show much new material is because most of our original stuff is under wraps until further notice.
