The "Til Rondefolkets Herskab" video from the band Ásmegin! http://www.asmegin.com/

Thanks to user niggasjit for the following explanation and translation of the lyrics:

"Rondefolket" is most likely referring to a mystic dark people/trolls living in a Norwegian mountain-range called "Rondane".

So the title basically means "To be a guest of the people in rondane, or to go to visit them". A heathen people.
These lyrics are based on an ancient Norwegian poem/legend/saga, from around the years 800-1200 A.D, so the meaning and translation will be somewhat lost because of a lack of good/covering english words to use. Its more like a part of a dark fairytale really. Anyways here it is.

Lyrics:

In pitch black mountain chambers, where myriads of eyes glow
Christian blood is sought, from nightfall to sunrise
As a guest to the people of Rondane he was brought, with mysticism and sorcery
As Aases** only begotten son(named Peer), will marry the beautiful daughter of the dark

In unbearable tearing screams, tormented lament
hungry children of the trolls, to this place comes storming forth
"Tear him, bite him, cut him, pull him, we`ll rip out his fragile ribs!"

But from the mountain-throne we overwhelmingly sense
The speech of a man/troll-king(named Brose) so old and wise:

Brose: "You who were the only begotten son of Aase, you now wish
to join our ironbound clan(large family). There is no difference
between beast and man, thus thou shalt bear a beautiful tail and more.
You promise me this, and thou shalt have my daughter and half the
kingdom of the trolls as your wedding gift!":

Brose: "Whats outside the borders of Rondane, swear you will forget it ever existed
For you to ask for my daughters hand, the light of day you must despise and avoid
As a forthcoming king of this realm, as a nobleman be true to yourself
There must be cut a crooked scar around your eye, dark to look upon you`ll be"

_Peer:_ "The words of a drunk madman these are, to cut my eyes even a notch!
I no longer lust for being a king over filthy trolls!"
_Daughter:_ "My Peer, forsaken me not, before this year comes to its end, with your
alluring and strong lust, you will be the father of my child!"
_Peer:_ "Lies! Open now these gates of Rondane, and let me out! Nothing but trickery
are the sorrows in this harlots voice!"

In Broses burning infamous contempt
Over what Peer now just had said
He brings forth thousands of hungry trolls
and inexorable he says:

""Tear him, bite him, cut him, pull him,
throw his fragile body into the walls of my mountain..."

** Aase is one of the most used Norwegian name on females in older times. Today its "Åse".
