Activate or Deactivate Call Forwarding with the Pantech Crossover™

Welcome to AT&T How to Videos.

Today we will show you how to Activate or Deactivate Call Forwarding with the Pantech Crossover™.

Please Note: Call forwarding to all international destinations is restricted. Airtime charges, plus any applicable long distance and/or roaming charges, are incurred for all calls forwarded from the wireless network. If included minutes for the bill cycle have been exceeded, call forwarding will be charged at the out-of-bucket rate.

First we will show you how to Activate Call Forwarding
- From the Home screen, press the Menu key
- Now tap Settings.
- Here tap Call settings.
- Flick to and tap Call forwarding.
- Then tap the desired call forwarding options:
• Always forward: Will forward all calls.
• Forward when busy: Will forward calls when you are on a call
• Forward when unanswered: Will forward unanswered calls
• Forward when unreachable: Will forward calls when not in service Please Note: With the exception of always forward, all other options are
enabled by default.
- Now enter the desired number and then tap Enable.
- Once activated, the call forwarding icon will be displayed in the notification bar.

Now we will show you how to deactivate call forwarding.
- From the Home screen, press the Menu key
- Now tap Settings.
- Here tap Call settings.
- Flick to and tap Call forwarding.
- Then tap the desired call forwarding options:
• Always forward: Will forward all calls.
• Forward when busy: Will forward calls when you are on a call
• Forward when unanswered: Will forward unanswered calls
• Forward when unreachable: Will forward calls when not in service Please Note: With the exception of always forward, all other options are
enabled by default.
- Tap Disable.
• Please Note: To change the forwarding number, type in the new number and then tap Update.
