Hey guys! Here is the video for my song "Look at the Lights." It brings me back to when I was living with my mom. I had big dreams about moving to Los Angeles. Some days, I felt that I’d never be able to leave home. Other days, I was more hopeful. Making the move to Los Angeles was life changing, but once the lights went out, I still missed home. The instrumental sarangi line that echoes throughout the chorus represents a longing for home, wherever you may be.

LYRICS - "Look at the Lights" by Vidya Vox: Look at the lights Out there in the wild, I stand where you can see me Turning in the tide, I wonder can you believe me If I were to say, the world, I haven’t seen it Living in this place, can’t seem to leave it
When the lights go out and you’re on your own, Can you say your love has grown?
Look at the lights, till it’s gone
Walkin’ with the crowd, they tell me that it’s a good thing Hear me shout out loud, I just want to feel something
Every step I take, I look at my reflection Brings me back to home, maybe this is perfection
When the lights go out and you’re on your own Can you say our love has grown?
Look at the lights, till it’s gone —— Lets get lost Let’s get lost in the city Let’s get lost are you ready
