Janet Eckles is blind, yet she is still able to cook and not allow her disability to keep her from doing what she wants.

In this video she will be making a delicious Quinoa!!!

You cannot allow your disability to limit you to the things that you do. Janet shows that no matter if you are blind or not, you still can achieve anything, even make Quinoa, if you put your mind to it. So never allow your disability or mindset to control what you do in your life.

God has made you unique and given you gifts that only you can display and share with others.

John 9:2-7 says "And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said these things, he spat on the ground and made mud with the saliva. Then he anointed the man's eyes with the mud"

You have a gift to reach certain people so use it to change lives.
