FTC News 10-27-2014 Edition

On this edition of FTC News, we discuss our visit to TC Maker / The Hack Factory in Minneapolis MN, TIG Welding aluminum robot frames, our meetup with FTC Team #8808 "The Ponytail Posse", and The 2014 Race For Robots event we co-hosted with FTC team #7190 "The Green Girls" where we had members of FTC team #7152 "Robot Squad", FRC Team #3042 "Cobalt Catalyst", and FLL team #139 "CrushBots" demonstrating their robots for runners and attendees. Also in this episode our "Spotlight on FTC teams" takes a closer look at FTC teams #5937 "Renaissance Robotics", #7202 "M-Fusion", and #5157 "The Metal That Moves". On our FTC Team support demo, Nikunj shows you how to assemble Anderson Power poles. And finally, we take a look at some rulings from the official FTC Game Design Committee.
