Created for PyWeek 15 - "One Way Trip" challenge
This entry was written in Python. It requires Python (tested with 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 3.1, and 3.2) and PyGame 1.9.
To run the game, simply run game.py
This is an MMO RTS based on tower defense style battle mechanics.
To start playing, type a username in the text box and press log in.
A password is generated for you and saved in users.txt, so you don't
have to type it the next time you log in.
It is recommended you start with the tutorial.
Outside of battles, select options from the menu using the mouse or hotkeys.
Esc or Backspace: back in the menu
Arrow keys: walk
Space: Place or demolish structures, or fire ray gun if it's selected.
Enter: Stand at a building and press Enter to bring up the building menu.
Z: Fire ray gun at any time.
D: Stand in another player's base and press D to attack.
1/2/3: When attacking another player's base, stand at the building you wish to attack and press 1, 2 or 3.
F9: Forfeit battle
F11: Toggle fullscreen
Quit the game at any time with Alt+F4, or by closing the window.
Command line options:
--small: 400x300 window (default is 800x600)
--large: 1200x900 window
--nosfx: disable sound effects and voiceover
--nomusic: disable music
