The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission says its workers cannot take industrial action. This comment comes in response to Sunday's threats from the oilfield workers trade union that action will be taken if certain demands are not met. But chairman of the commission Kelvin Ramsook says such action would be illegal. Chester sambrano explains.
