Now on the topic, with news of two seperate break through propulsion drives being tested; MACH EFFECT THRUSTER, and the QUANTUM VACCUM PLASMA THRUSTER, one has to notice that both utilize HIGH DIELECTRIC, ASYMETRICAL CAPACITORS as the "drive". Which was T.T.Brown's *real* work, not those 'foil lifters'. in fact, both teams point to the years of T.T. Brown's research, and one mentions T.T.Brown in their papers... things that make you go, Hmm?
now before you poo-poo this as nothing, you should do some of your own research and "follow the money". Project: winterhaven, is burried by a small mountain of disinformation with more being created as neccessary. there is four defunct music bands by that name, an anti-littering campaign, a ski lodge, and more... good luck getting to the truth.
now the money: "how does a broke, crackpot, from frigid ohio, end up owning a nice place in the santa catalina islands off the coast of southern california"?
