Here is pretty straight forward. In Maya, select the HumanIK bones and then the mesh. Export all as FBX format. In ipisoft, head to Export Tab and import the new FBX file.

You'll see the mesh in it. However, the mesh won't move UNTIL you re-target the bones so ipisoft can read it. Once you have re-targeted the bone, the result is pretty much like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_-gf7...
