In this video I'm taking you on a foreclosure clean out walk-through. I talk a little bit about the industry and just want to show you that there are still foreclosures on the market quite contrary to what others may say.

I met another guy on a bid who's been doing it for 22 years, way before 2008 :)

Yes there was a boom in 2008 but it's NOT all about people loosing their jobs. Banks have been foreclosing on homes for 200 years and will continue to do so as long as people are buying these homes from the banks.
