Here at the Kenmore Live Studio food blogger Jeff Pearl of JeffEatsChicago.com and Chilam Balam Executive Chef Chuy Valencia meet the audience.

Chuy, who is notoriously unappreciative of bloggers, sets out to teach Jeff a thing or two about cooking in an attempt to give him some insight into the behind-the-scenes world of the restaurant industry.

He starts out by schooling Jeff on how to prepare spicy sun-dried tomato guacamole.

Then "Kenny More," the world's first spokesmime (for a brand that speaks for itself), imitates blogger Jeff by writing his own live blog in front of the audience.

Kenny then performs some tricks with knives and small appliances before giving everyone in the audience a high five. A member of the audience wants Kenny to juggle, however, and Kenny never disappoints.

Chef Chuy then schools Jeff on how to prepare salmon pozole. He also gives a step by step demonstration on how to cut a salmon.

Watch and learn how to make authentic Mexican cuisine from the expert chef!

Before the end of the show, Jeff presents his new view on chefs, Chuy gives his frank opinion of the Kenmore induction stove, and the chef presents his Genius Tip of the Day, which involves how to prepare salmon for a meal.
