Mom might wonder about trying to protect her eaglets in a rainstorm. She hunkers down, but all three juvies go wild in the downpour. Perhaps by instinct, they turn their wings into the wind and keep them level so the wind doesn't produce much lift. Mom gets whacked by their wings repeatedly. After the storm calms she rouses and exits at 20:57.
