You can tell when people have no proof, because like her they ramble on making excuses before they get to the point... Which she never got to mind you. If all this info was destroyed, then how does she know of it? LOL! My biggest problem with people like them is they refuse to accept the fact that they are spewing BS. Nothing they say has any backing in history. They simply come up with something in their minds & act as if it's truth. Then the only place they can site their info from is themselves or one other person who has no source for their info other than themselves... Yet they want to bash & be mad at people for believing in something that at least has more proof of existing, or relevance in history then what they are saying.

20:40 wow, so the Zeitgeist fraud actually ADMITS that Horus was born on August 21st?   So, that whole Jesus = Horus comparison is completely null and void.  Pathetic.

Bretton Ferguson
I found some Hieroglyphs, they were systematically destroyed by Christians, and never actually written down, but you have to figure them out. Anyway I figured them out and it says the following. "Sell everything you own and send the proceeds to Bretton Ferguson." The Hieroglyph had an Egyptian with their arms out like they were giving, so they must be giving money. Then the hieroglyph had the sun in the sky. I am the son of my dad, so the only interpretation is to give me money. I'm a scholar now.

Almost everything said in the original Zeitgeist was a surface argument, not just on the religious front. They misunderstood the banking portion and offer partial truths in every other sentence. Notice the very first section of their film was about the IRS and banking; one thing everyone would passionately agree with so they'd get any doubters on their side. Every facet of the film is propaganda tactics and is disingenuous, regardless what your beliefs are.

+ThePagondorf ThePagondorf, i was reading through this back-and-forth between you and Derek, and i was dumbfounded by how long you continued to argue with this hypocritical religious junkie. He is saying youre ignorant while he himself is brushing your points away, that is ignorance at its peak. Derek Nelson is a close-minded fool, hopefully he finds his way.

+ThePagondorf  God inspired the writings of this book. Nobody who fears him lies about it as you do.

Zeitgeist fans on Youtube refuse to listen to this interview (even the original).  Thanks to Chris for posting all these great response videos.  Anyone that wants to know the truth can hear it ooze through her lying teeth as she backpedals on every claim she covers.

+pirbird14 "Peter Joseph ... intended the original movie as an art project, not a political manifesto. When he saw how popular it was, he decided to make money off it" I don't think he ever tried to make money off Zeitgeist, he simply needed to re-coop his money in discs for DVD's and website costs. I mean, geez, he sells the DVD's for only $7 to 10 bucks on Amazon. Otherwise, people can watch for free so, that's not even remotely close to any type of money making scheme (I'm not suggesting that's what you're implying but, others try and it's just false). pirbird14 "Murdock says she was not a consultant on Zeitgeist" "She sent some images along with "a few criticisms" and that was the last she heard from them. Her critics continue to hold her responsible for the movie as a whole, claiming she was a consultant - a claim she denies." She did do a quick consultation but, it was later: "Acharya had no part in the creation of any of the Zeitgeist movies beyond sharing some images for part 1. Peter Joseph did use a significant amount of her work though, and he asked for a quick consultation at the last minute, (ONLY FOR PART 1 and it dealt with the contributions that came from her own work, not that of others AND some of Acharya's requests got changed while others did not - it was Peter Joseph's project not Acharya's) which resulted in the OFFICIAL version of part 1. She had nothing to do with any other parts, other movies or the movement. She cannot be expected to vouch for any material in Zeitgeist that did not originally come from her work." http://www.freethoughtnation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=18152#p18152 pirbird14 "She also says she did not make that sun/son pun" The sun/son issue was addressed long ago at her own forum: http://freethoughtnation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=4835#p4835 ; )
+switch229 LOL, more of the same lies from the PATHOLOGICAL LIAR that have already been debunked repeatedly here and elsewhere. You are probably Chris White himself, he has several troll accounts that he and his buddies use just the same way switch and others here troll. Bart Ehrman ruined his own credibility by getting caught LYING about Acharya S and her work: Bart Ehrman caught in lies and libel? http://freethoughtnation.com/bart-ehrman-caught-in-lies-and-libel/ switch229 "she does her best to emulate) and make the simplest of errors such as the "stars are really suns of God" example I debunked earlier" Baahahaha, you have done no such thing, liar. "This book is a slightly revised version of my doctoral dissertation entitled “Solar Worship in the Biblical World” which was submitted to the Graduate School of Yale University in the Spring of 1989. As may be judged from the title of that work, I had at one time planned to cover more territory than sun worship in ancient Israel, but found the material pertaining to ancient Israel so vast that I never got beyond it." - Rev. Dr. J. Glen Taylor, "Yahweh and the Sun: Biblical and Archaeological Evidence for Sun Worship in Ancient Israel" (1993) Star Worship of the Ancient Israelites http://astrotheology.net/star-worship-of-the-ancient-israelites/ switch229 "her work is fraudulent because none of her books could have been successfully defended as a thesis" The fact remains that many 30-year highly respected scholars who've actually studied her work are supportive of it and there is just absolutely nothing you can ever do about that fact, except lie: "I've known people with triple Ph.D's who haven't come close to the scholarship in Who Was Jesus?" - Pastor David Bruce, M.Div "...I have found her scholarship, research, knowledge of the original languages, and creative linkages to be breathtaking and highly stimulating." - Rev. Dr. Jon Burnham, Pastor "I can recommend your work whole-heartedly!" - Dr. Robert Eisenman "I find it undeniable that many of the epic heroes and ancient patriarchs and matriarchs of the Old Testament were personified stars, planets, and constellations." "I find myself in full agreement with Acharya S/D.M. Murdock" - Dr. Robert Price, Biblical Scholar with two Ph.D's Earl Doherty defers to Acharya for the subject of astrotheology: "A heavenly location for the actions of the savior gods, including the death of Christ, would also have been influenced by most religions' ultimate derivation from astrotheology, as in the worship of the sun and moon. For this dimension of more remote Christian roots, see the books of Acharya S" - Earl Doherty, Jesus: Neither God Nor Man, (2009) page 153 "Your scholarship is relentless! ...the research conducted by D.M. Murdock concerning the myth of Jesus Christ is certainly both valuable and worthy of consideration." - Dr. Ken Feder, Professor of Archaeology "...In recent months or over the last year or so I have interviewed Frank Zindler and Richard Carrier and David Fitzgerald and Robert Price all on the issue of mythicism ... when I spoke to these people I asked for their expertise collectively and what I got, especially from Fitzgerald and Robert Price, was that we should be speaking to tonights guest D.M. Murdock, author of 'Did Moses Exist? The Myth of the Israelite Lawgiver'." - Aron Ra You are a real piece of shit, switch229. Primary sources have been provided but you just dismiss them without ever even looking (same as the ZG challenge CULT) because YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A TROLL whose out to shore up your Christian faith and euphoria at all costs - even if it means being dishonest and even if it means maliciously smearing other real living human beings simply for telling the truth. YOU ARE A DISGUSTING PERSON WITH ZERO INTEGRITY OR CHARACTER Jesus would be ashamed of you if he existed. ; )

The funny thing is is that a lot of people got upset that Christians weren't accepting the "facts". But then when we get the REAL facts, than THEY won't accept it. I think that even if there is EXTREMELY solid evidence for God or Jesus than would atheists actually accept it? Or are there people that just want there not to be a God?

+BOSSDONMAN Actually I'm a Catholic. But I refuse to be bias about other peoples religious beliefs. I admit I've done some pretty immoral things but this is something I've been trying to fix. I'm a second semester freshman at NAU who is actually really starting to explore other religions cause mainly I find them interesting, I'm even taking a Religion 150 class where I'm studying Hinduism and Buddhism. And since I have no real science classes I've been exploring scientific facts like evolution and scientific theories like the big bang, I've been trying to let religion and science co exist in my life. I've met a lot of atheists who are actually pretty nice people. People at my college like myself are tolerant of others religious views as long as we aren't forcing them on everyone else.
+SuperPH34R To be honest, to be the most informed about these topics I would search up several positions of scholars and historians in ancient history. Make sure you search professionals of all backgrounds, because some have led the evidence to change the beliefs, while others have let their beliefs or opinions change the evidence (or ignore contradicting pieces). This goes for anyone's position whether they'd be atheist or theist- I am not claiming either one exhibits more or less bias than the other. Might I ask, are you a Deist?

new name Some of them you may have heard & some you may have not, but whatever amount of evidence will convince you is up to you & any unbeliever in general. Note that I'm not here to debate, but give sources. Josephus Pliny the Younger Bablyonian Talmud Thallus Mara Bar-Serapion Phlegon Suetonius Lucian of Samosata Celsus Jewish Talmud (400-700AD) The Toledot Yeshu (1000AD) & 💯% Anti-Christian There were also 500 witnesses to His Resurrection as well & whether you want to believe it or not is up to you & I don't know what evidence will it take. You may have already made up your mind, but are here to just argue with people because some bad experience with Christianity.

thesalanian None of them were atheists. You can search it up & I'm not simply saying on Google because not everything on the internet is true.

+Mr Spazoid7777 It doesn't. He won't even understand what you're asking. Just another atheist trying to be edgy, nevermind him.
Mr Spazoid7777
Umm, yea, but how in a flying rats ass does that even remotely begin to justify or excuse Dorothy Murdock's blatant propaganda based on pure ignorance? Oh, and BTW, do you have any clue just how self-contradicting and self-defeating your claim sounds? God is "pretty evil" but he doesn't exist. Just wow.
