I was able to fit 33x10.50r15lt on a stock Durango with minor trimming with no rubbing lock to lock. Only rubbing was at full suspension deflection.

what tires were you running at the time?

@mobsterbillyjoe yeah, i was thinkin bout gettin a 3 inch body lift maybe a suspension if i find a good deal but yeah 3 more inches on my durango on top of the 1.5-2 inches the t/s lift got me!
mobsterbillyjoe
@aaminjoshi91 yeah, more expensive than the body lift, but i like them better, i think they look better n do a better trick, you know?
aaminjoshi91
@mobsterbillyjoe 35's with a 3 inch suspension lift? that'd pretty sweet! but then again suspension lifts are kinda pricey!
mobsterbillyjoe
@aaminjoshi91 hey again bud! haha i know with a 3" suspension lift you can fit 35's on. cuz stockies are 31's, you know?
aaminjoshi91
@guitarguy30000 Well you could always just start with maybe a 3-4 inch lift and some 32's? I don't think a lift alone hurts the gas miles i think its the tires mainly also you have to think about how much extra weight is being put on to your durango. people get grille guards and lockers and extra things added to the engine. i mean there is a lot more stress on the engine as well. so if you get a 3-4 inch lift with stock rims on 33's I'm sure you'll be fine man. good luck with it!

@aaminjoshi91 thats what im hoping.... i mean i know that when im off road my mileage will be shit but where its my dd too, itd be nice to still get decent mileage
aaminjoshi91
@guitarguy30000 yeah i mean if you get about a 3 inch lift or so with 33's then i don't think you will drop to much. i mean 2 inch larger tires isn't a whole lot. I'd say you'd probably still get at least 12.5-13 city. if not more i mean people with those lifts probably accelerate pretty hard and go off roading.
