This animation provides a short introduction to the principles of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and their application to the study of protein interactions. The development of Bio-Rad's ProteOn XPR36 protein interaction array system allows for the simultaneous analysis of up to 36 molecular interactions in one run, on a single chip.
