Alabama Hashbrown Casserole! Recipe!
In a big bowl mix: 1 can of cream of chicken soup 16 oz. tub of sour cream 1/2 cup butter 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper 2 cups of shredded medium chedder cheese 1 medium onion (finely chopped) Pour into 2 lbs. of raw thawed hashbrowns Mix Put it in a 3 quart casserole dish .... Then... Mix in a seperate bowl: 2 or 3 cups of crushed Ritz Crackers and 1/2 cup butter spread on top the hashbrowns and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour / remove the foil at 30 minutes and bake the other 30 minutes.
