I got extremely lazy to put the text onto the video soo.....yeah.

FOR COUNTER CLOCKWISE WINDMILLS
Part A (WIND-UP)
- Start by swinging your right hand towards your left leg. You want to keep your hand turned inwards.

Part B (SWING)
- Afterward, you want to swing your left leg back and you want to stall on your right hand and then swing your leg back down

Part C (COLLAPSE)
- After you swing, you want to plant your right hand down and then collapse onto your forearm. You then want to ease on to your shoulder and complete the mill. waalaaaa!
