However his experiments consistently fail, he's low on funds and his hunchbacked assistant has joined a Union demanding better working conditions. Nothing's going right for Vernon until one day he meets Mary Mae and he realises the perfect woman may already exist. The two begin dating and it's all going well... Until Vernon accidentally kills Mary by poisoning her dinner. He can't bring dead women back to life and when he eventually meets a living woman who likes him, he kills her! Can Vernon learn from his many failed experiments and bring Mary back to life?
