Indian professionals from IT to banking, who once saw the US and Europe as having a future to invest in, are now being lured back to India.

The government has worked hard to encourage expatriates to return home and bring their work experience with them, and it appears that is starting to pay off.

As the world's major economies struggle to generate work, India's fast booming economy is eager to welcome its own skilled hands.

The West's Brain Drain is becoming India's Brain Gain as India's brightest minds share their expertise with the next generation.
