1. boat resin is cheap, brown and ugly 2. tape or camera screwed up during part where I add 2 layers of 4" cloth, that was the best part.
HOW I DID IT: 1. opened delaminated section with dremel saw drill bit ( purchased online - used with regular drill ) 2. scraped away rotted foam 3. taped around opened section 4. added Q-Cell filler mixed with resin heavy on Q-cell to bring up to almost level with surface. - sanded 5. 2 layers of # 4 cloth - sanded 6. 1 layer of # 6 cloth - sanded 7. thin coat of resin 8. sanded and wet sanded - Done Board is still going strong in constant use, and repair is still solid
