This video gives an overview of CÚRAMs Artists in Residence Programme for 2015 which was developed and curated by Andrea Fitzpatrick. Our artists in residence, Joanna Hopkins and Siobhan McGibbon, were based in the laboratories at the Centre for Research in Medical Devices (CÚRAM) at the National University of Ireland, Galway for 6 months. The residencies led to a two month public exhibition at the Galway City Museum, entitled 'The Future Is Here'. These residencies were funded through the Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) Discover Programme.
