By doing these fulcrum exercises, you begin to restore the curves into your neck and lower back. These exercises also help strengthen your postural muscles so they will hold those newly reformed curves. One problem with a traditional chiropractic apporach is that it is created for pain relief. After an adjustment, with no therapy or exercises to help reform your muscles to support the newly molded spine, your muscles will force your vertebrae back into their original position.
