Great exercises to build into your daily life. Some 5 minutes now and then gives fab results. I have used them for years (also when I brush teeth, do dishes etc... without wall support of course). Bt the way: You look soooo great, and an inspiration to all women! Thanks for sharing your know-how and inspiration.

Its incredible how much I realized how bad my balance was after this workout. Looks like this could help improve my posture and core lines. I need to do these a lot more.

I have almost no balance at all. From my personal experience I agree with what Jane says - practice and your balance will improve. The brunette in green has great balance.
