Background: Agile has been around for many years but arguably its only just now reaching that critical tipping point where it becomes mass-adopted. As a result many are coming to Agile fresh and either considering adoption or will be part of an adoption. In addition many senior managers are aware of all the fuss over Agile but not comfortable with what it really is.
This webinar will explain Agile, addressing: what it is; how it works; some of the working practices commonly found on an Agile project and why Agile is such an effective approach. In addition the webinar will present a simple Agile lifecycle to allow Agile to scale and ‘play nicely’ within the larger organisation.
Speaker Profile: This webinar is presented by Graham Dick of Lamri. Graham has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, of which 12 years have been spent in process improvement.
Graham is a co-founder of Lamri a business that has focused on enabling customers to achieve sustained benefits from process improvement. Graham has had the privilege of working with focused startups and also some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations. Lamri has stubbornly worked with CMMI and Agile for over 10 years, over a period of time when it was not fashionable for the Agile community to consider process and the CMMI community did not take Agile seriously enough.
