The BFST Elbow Wrap comes ready to use.

Step one is to place the wrap on the affected area. Undo the Velcro straps of the wrap and put your arms through the two elastic straps and pull the wrap up onto your elbow. Make sure the Energy Web of the wrap is covering the injured area of your elbow. Secure the Velcro Straps above and below the elbow, ensuring a loose fit. your elbow should always be at rest during treatments.

To connect power to the BFST elbow wrap, connect the Energy Web cord to the Power Controller. This is the device with the power button and the numbers on it. Next, connect the Power Controller to the Power Adapter Plug. Finally, plug the Power Adapter Plug into a power outlet. To turn the BFST Elbow Wrap on, press the red power button on the controller. The green light will illuminate next to the number one.

Always start a course of treatment at level one. Continue on level 1 until you no longer feel any heat during the treatment. Then, you may move to level 2 by pressing the power button, the second green light illuminated indicates level 2. Continue on level 2 until you no longer feel any heat during treatment. Then you may move up to level 3 to continue treatment.

The BFST Elbow Wrap has an automatic shut off and will automatically shut down after 20 minutes of use. If you want to turn the power off, then just press the power button until all green lights are no longer illuminated.

For best results, complete four 20 minute treatments each day. You should space out the treatments throughout the course of the day, as the effects of the BFST treatment lasts for several hours after the treatment has been completed.

It is a good idea to continue using the BFST Elbow Wrap, even after the pain subsides and you start feeling better. It takes many months for injured tissue to recover and heal completely, in spite of signs of improvement.
